Real implementations. Measurable outcomes.

A selection of projects where I've made the difference - from global HRIT projects to process transformation and PM coaching.

Global Recruitment Optimisation Project

Rituals needed to overhaul their global recruitment process and implement a new technology stack across 15+ countries. The challenge: a fragmented landscape of local processes, multiple legacy systems, and an extensive business requirements analysis to identify the right vendor - followed by a full end-to-end implementation.

I led the project as Interim Program Manager for nearly 2 years - managing 6 parallel workstreams across HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and multiple external vendors. I defined the governance structure, managed decision-making at global and local level, and ensured all workstreams delivered on time.

Global Process Standardisation & Scale-up

Just Eat Takeaway was rapidly scaling their Scoober delivery model and needed to centralise and standardise global operations. I worked on two consecutive assignments: first helping scale the Live Operations department from 20 to 400 people, then leading process standardisation for Global Courier Support.

Using Lean methodology, I mapped end-to-end processes, identified automation opportunities, and implemented improvements across the global teams - creating clarity on roles, responsibilities, and ownership.

HubSpot CRM Implementation & OKR Strategy

At YoungOnes I delivered two consecutive senior project management assignments. First, I defined and implemented the company's OKR strategy - organising sessions, establishing cadence and meeting cycles, and ensuring aligned, high-quality OKRs across the organisation.

Then I led the full end-to-end HubSpot CRM implementation: managing cross-functional teams across 3 countries, coordinating the external implementation partner, handling data migration, and driving change management and adoption. The result was a structured, transparent customer journey rated 8.4 / 10 by users.

Strategic PM Advisory & Junior Coaching

In this ongoing engagement I provide strategic project management advice and hands-on coaching to a junior project manager within Werken in de Regio. The goal is twofold: to develop the junior PM into a confident, structured practitioner, and to help the organisation establish a solid PM standard.

This assignment reflects my belief that great project management is transferable - and that investing in people is as valuable as delivering the project itself.
