The person behind HK-Interim
Senior Interim HRIT Implementation Manager. I turn complex change into structured, measurable outcomes - remote-first, internationally.
My story
I founded HK-Interim in 2021 after more than a decade of experience in project management, operations, and HR technology. Over the years, I've worked with some of the most demanding organisations in the Netherlands and internationally - from fast-scaling food-tech platforms to global retail brands.
What I've learned: most implementation projects don't fail because of technology. They fail because of unclear scope, misaligned stakeholders, weak governance, and poor adoption. That's what I fix. I bring structure, clarity, and a relentless focus on delivery to every engagement.
I work remote-first on clearly scoped, outcome-driven assignments - typically 24–32 hours per week with a defined start and end date. I work remote-first from both the Netherlands and Spain, in both Dutch and English, and have extensive experience managing international teams and stakeholders.
How I work
I don't start without a clear scope. Every assignment begins with alignment on goals, constraints, and expected outcomes.
I tell you what I see - including the uncomfortable things. You'll always know where the project stands and what risks are ahead.
I care about what gets done, not about being right. I adapt, solve problems, and keep things moving - whatever it takes.
Let's have a no-obligation conversation about your project.
